I will just reiterate what I've said previously. I’ve been going to Northwest General Dentistry for 12 years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly and understanding of my unreasonable dental phobia. Dr. Otten and Dr. Vakil are amazing dentists—always checking to make sure I’m doing okay during any procedures. Mary, my dental hygienist, is superb! She is thorough, yet gentle, exuding warmth and calmness as she cleans my teeth. I can’t imagine going to any other dental practice.
They make going to the dentist much easier. Always great service.

My visit went great, the practice offers a good plan of their own for those who don't have dental insurance, which greatly helps me out. I get good service, the care I receive is high quality, and I appreciate that the dr. is willing to work with me, in that I am against any high-tech, newer procedures that I will never be able to afford, even if I had insurance.
