Quick response and reasonable rates. The technician (Mark?) also helped adjust sensors and lighting issue after fixing the broken spring.
Got a call promptly and came in about 70 less than the other estimate. Initially told me would be the end of day which wouldn?t work he said that they would move things around and do it sooner Job was done on time and well. Great value for money.
Mark showed up right on time and after he completed the work he adjusted the door so it closed completely. That is something my wife has complained about ever since we moved here a year ago. The price was very reasonable. A really nice guy!

I had a garage door guy that was amazing but he has gotten older and I think retired so I decided to use HomeAdvisor. They were excellent! They communicate well and are very efficient. I will be using them again. And the price I thought would be really expensive since it?s a big company and my guy was just a single guy working for himself but the cost was not bad at all. I just had a spring replaced tho. Great job northwest!
On time and professional! They were polite and courteous and cleaned up before they left. The team even came back out to the house to follow-up and recheck the work. We are very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend them for any type of garage door repairs.
