Very professional and a good price for the job!
I have used Northwest Garage Door for years, there work and crew are top notch. Ken and his crew put in a garage door and opener at my rental house a few weeks ago. During the installation, a small problem happened. Two windows for my garage door were not installed, Ken told me he would order them and they would be in Friday. Ken called me that Friday and said that the Windows came in, just leaving your rental house now, they are already put in!!! That was impressive, no worry or countless phone calls on my end!!! Northwest Garage Door is the company I use, a few weeks ago I called Ken, and he installed a new garage door and a new opener at my rent house. Ken and is crew are top notch!! A minor problem happened during the job, the two windows did not come with my new garage door, Ken called and ordered them, and said they would be in Friday. I am taking the time to write a review because they were not only great, but they reminded me of how companies used to operate before the everyone out for themselves mentality took hold in our country and state.
