Northwest Garage Door is the company I use, a few weeks ago I called Ken, and he installed a new garage door and a new opener at my rent house. Ken and is crew are top notch!! A minor problem happened during the job, the two windows did not come with my new garage door, Ken called and ordered them, and said they would be in Friday. That Friday morning Ken called me and said they came in, they are already installed, leaving your rent house now!!! No follow up phone calls needed from me!!! They were very courteous and responsive. They scheduled an add on visit the same day for me. The technician was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond, cleaning up and making adjustments on the garage door opener that was installed poorly by someone else, even though he was there just to service the doors. He had great attention to detail and was very helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation, and will surely turn to them if I need more work on my garage doors.
They were very professional and prompt. Also went above and beyond to work out a payment arrangement that was doable for us, as this damaged garage door was completely unexpected. They were kind enough to accept half payment at completion, and give us another 2 weeks to work out the balance. These guys get that____ happens and we are not all able to take care of it immediately.
