If I could give zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional. I got an eye injury in the middle of the workday and called to ask for an emergency visit. I specifically asked if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes. After check-in, a nurse check-up, and another waiting room—over an hour in total—someone finally came up to me and said they actually don’t take my insurance and that the visit could cost up to $400. Save yourself the hassle. There are much better places around here.
Would not recommend. It's 40 minutes and counting past my mom's appointment time and we're still waiting in the lobby. No acknowledgement of patients or any updates on how much longer we have to wait. And I know once we're called back there will be additional wait times. I always thought the purpose of an appointment was to be respectful of the patient as well as the doctor time It takes minutes before anyone acknowledge you at the window.
They obviously overbook the appointments here. Wait times 45mins-Hour. I’m not sure why either because the staff is not friendly or knowledgeable. The attendant told me that a stye and chalazion is the same thing. NO. They’re not. One is a blocked meibomian gland, A stye is an infection of the eyelash follicles. She argued with me. Never going there again.

Then you are taken to another waiting room to wait to be seen by the physician. The wait here is typically 10-20 minutes. After you finally make it back to the exam room the physician arrives in another 5-15 minutes. I ... read more
Deborah, Kathryn and all the doctors are so friendly and service oriented. Nice selection of glasses and the contact lenses are priced very fair. Never a long wait to be seen and the parking is easy in easy out.
