My mother who passed away in spring 2017 was fraudulently billed this past March for a "no show" from an appointment created by the staff (and clearly without the patient's permission). Despite my multiple calls to the office and to the billing company to dispute the charge over the last several months, the office manager has yet to return any phone calls. The staff is very rude. they just care about the money. they overcharge you. they are awful. I told them I did not want new glasses. I just wanted to see the eye doctor no glasses. still they send me to the glasses people. Delay my appointment with the doctor nad told me "sit there" like I was a dog. I ask for a refund and they still have to reinburse me for over charging my husband last time He was there.
My doctor is Dora Cantu . I have been going for the last 6 months and every time I leave the office I feel so good! All of the staff are friendly and very professional... It's a blessing to see them when I go... Keep up the positive attitude and great service! God bless.....
