A couple weeks ago I ended up with a very nasty infection/abscess in a tooth that I had a root canal on over a year ago (at a different office). The staff at NW Endodontists got me in for not one, but two emergency appointments within a 24 hour period. I was so sick and miserable and even ended up getting sick in their office a couple times. I had to get my first, and hopefully last, root canal. It was my best dental experience I have ever had. Hannah did anything and everything she could to make me calm and comfortable. They are wonderful people and let you be yourself! I couldn’t be happier with the services I received today from the moment I walked in to the moment I left!
If I could put 10 stars I would! I am one of those people that takes great care of my teeth and has never had more than a tiny filling. I have always been terrified of anything dental. My fears come from terrible childhood experiences. (Like lots of other people.) I was suddenly faced with a ROOT CANAL! I was in a panic! I knew it had to be done so I made the appointment. I was told I had to get another root canal, and already having one from another doctor, I had something to compare this visit to. It was absolutely amazing and I was completely in awe of how painless and FAST it was. I was in and out of the chair in about 25 min! Everyone was super friendly- from the front desk staff, to the dental assistant, to the doctor himself!
