This is the worst bank. They have terrible customer service. There polices and terms of the account is all a crap. They will hit you with so many fees is crazy. Overdraft protection is a joke! They will charge you a fee for something else. And they have absolutely no fraud protection or help. Definitely a bank for the wealthier people in the community. I HIGHLY recommend any other bank but this one. I’m reporting them and my experience to the banking commission

They suck, they won’t help you when someone gets into your acct and takes your money. All they do is charge you over draft fees.if you poor or low income this is not your bank to use. They are here for the wealther people of the community. By no means are they a people or community bank.

RecommendedI've always had some help if there were issues with other companies withdrawing money from my account, and the lame overdraft fees. since the new update, I've been having trouble with transferring money into my account to pay bills, the past two/three weeks. I double check all the info I have once I put it in. My money always goes back into the account it was in prior. There's got to be an error in the bank transferring on the bank's fault. I had to talk to customer service for my bills, and change the due dates, but unsure ... read more
