It took close to 45 minutes for anyone to assist us when it was evident they weren't that busy. Several people walked by without so much as waving a hand. When we finally talked to someone he acted like doing his job was too bothersome.

Their communication with current and past customers is non existent. I bought a car in early May when the clerk offices were closed. I had the car delivered to my home. They gave me a temp tag good for only 1 month knowing the clerks were closed. I have yet to receive my permanent tag, I have called the county clerk to find out NOTHING has been done to transfer the car. RecommendedI bought my 2020 Dodge Journey yesterday, I live over an hour away and the salesman brought it to me and was very knowledgeable and friendly! The whole buying experience was a pleasure! I do recommend if you need a vehicle go here!! No pressure and the ease of buying was so easy!! I will definitely return! And the vehicle is so nice!!

Jose worked his magic and made it happen and not stressful what so ever. I would highly recommend going for your new vehicle. Never thought in my life I would ever be able to get a brand new car but it happened and I’m so thankful.
