So much for their claim to offer emergency services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Called last night around 7:45, left a message at their emergency number (which "promises" to call back), and it's now 4:17am and I never got a call back. You shouldn't be allowed to advertise services if you aren't actually going to provide them.
