I arrived for a scheduled appointment on 4/9/2025. I spoke with the receptionist and asked for the out of pocket cost for the appointment. I also requested any out of pocket cost for any procedure they deemed necessary. The reason being, is I wanted a full understanding of my financial responsibility compared with my insurance. I was referred here by other providers for urgent care. The first comments made to me from staff were bad mouthing my referring clinic, which was incredibly awkward and unprofessional. I came to see the colorectal surgeon for a chronic and complex problem that three other physicians from two separate specialities have reviewed and narrowed down to a few possibilities. Jeff and his team were great through the whole colonoscopy experience. Their practical approach made the prep easier and their results and recommendations were comprehensive yet simple and easy to understand.
I had a colonoscopy with Colorectal Health NW and it went very smoothly. Scheduling was easy. The staff was helpful when I had questions about my prep. I will be coming back for my next procedure and recommending the practice to others.
