This is going to be lengthy. Bear with me. First off I want to mention Jessi- part of the office staff. She has gone out of the way for me more times than I can even count. I don't like to think of myself as a needy patient, or one 'chasing' after meds I don't need. Every time I need something, she is on the ball and gets things DONE. Karen Greenhood is not a caring provider. She is dismissive and not thorough. Her negligence put me in the ER due to high blood pressure. Dr. Banov is not much better. He chastised me for calling the emergency line for what else--an emergency. I will never give my business to this establishment again. Do better. People could die for your careless mistakes and lack of empathy.
I saw 3 different doctors but Dr Banov was the only one who got me on the right combination and followed up to make sure I was feeling better. Sounds corny but I was so bad off that Dr Banov saves my life. I can never thank him enough.
