I have had a car from this dealership for over a year and it's been nothing but problem after problem. It took forever to get repairs done with their mechanic and several of the repairs that needed to be done weren't even fixed right and once my warranty was up another $2000 worth of repairs need to be done. Going here was my biggest mistake when getting a used vehicle I wish I had gone to a better dealership.
Super patient & wonderful with my out-of-state purchase. So far, so good with the mechanics. Much thanks to Northwest Auto Mall for helping me provide the perfect birthday surprise for my boy
