My grandson gets his allergy serum from here. almost two months ago he ran out and we have been waiting for someone to let us know that it's ready. Found out 3 weeks ago they needed papers signed. signed the papers and hand delivered them. waited 2 weeks. a nurse called and said they were still waiting for the paperwork. the receptionist had lost them. we are still waiting for someone to contact me that they either found the paperwork or I need to come fill it out again. this is extremely unprofessional. my kids health and s... read more

First visit for allergies and they figured out what I am allergic to! A few more tests will take care of it!! I recommend the Everett location.
They are always friendly and efficient. I have been going to them for over 30 years!! Fabulous crew who always keep updated on the newest and best for treating asthma and allergies. And the ladies up front, led by Meredith, are awesome!
I like Dr. Naimi and have had good treatment by the staff. But unfortunately I cannot get an appointment unless I actually drive to the office. This company needs to be more responsive to its patients and more responsible. The last three times that I have called for an appointment, I have been on hold for 20 minutes each time. Driving over from S. Whidbey is a pain, so in the past I have coupled a trip to Northwest Asthma with a trip to Costco, which is across the street.
