I have been using NWA Pediatric clinic since my daughter was born 6 months ago. She's my first and only and I'm so happy I choose this office. We have been seeing the same doctor her whole life and he's so good with her. I like the fact that it's the same Dr every time I take her in because he remembers her from day 1. I have never met a better group of doctors! The clinic staff are second to none. The nurses and PCA's are great! They are kind, efficient, and they actually care! We get put in to a room and seen so quickly! When I go to my doctor, I wait for about an hour every time, at the peds clinic it is usually within minutes! Also, their phone call back system is so good! We usually get a call back within an hour, it takes our "grown up" doctor at least a day to call back! When they get you in. They are absolutely amazing. They take time to talk with the kids as well as the parent.

We love Dr. Swindle. He is such a wonderful doctor. He is so kind hearted, and is so good with our daughter. He is great at keeping her mind off of what is going on. He could hear her coughing in another room, and already knew what was wrong. We pray he stays in this area, and will be her doctor for years to come.
