I always get same day appointments and never wait when we arrive. They don't have sick kids sitting in the waiting room. Every dr we've ever seen has been so nice and helpful!
Walk in clinic is horrible. We were told we couldn't leave and come back, but others did with no issues! The same rules should apply for everyone. Then they got the patients out of order and people that came in after us were called back before us. Unacceptable!

Our policy is to see patients in the order that they arrive at our walk-in clinic; however, we also see patients by appointment in the Acute Care Clinic. I Got to be a student Dr. Denton, Dr. Koehler, Dr. Silvey, Dr. Simmons were all spectacular to work with. Not only were they great educators to me showing off how educated this group is but also taking the time to educated their patients. This group of doctors truly love what they are doing and have fun with the kids. After being in multiple clinics as a student I was impressed by this clinic.
