I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Northwest Arbor-Culture Inc. and Jonathan Nash. So many of the arborists I contacted didn't even bother to return my calls. Jonathan returned my call within an hour and we met the next day for my estimate. He answered all my questions and we discussed my options. It was an extremely busy day for him because of the mid-October storm, but he kept his appointment and made sure that I had all the information I needed.

I worked with Jon on our tree removal needs. He came highly recommended as it is. He was prompt to come up to Tigard to give us a quote. He was very detailed and in the end his price was fair and reasonable. When it came to tree removal day, his team arrived a little late but when they did arrived and very nice, introduced themselves and got right to work. They constantly cleaned up after themselves and when they were done, I was shocked how clean our yard was considering what it looked like when they were working.

I have never used this tree service, and after one of their drivers tailgated me, while I was going the speed limit, then drove past me and said "What the f*ck!" to me, I never will. The same driver went on to tailgate several other drivers in front of me until they each changed lanes. Talk about bad PR.

We had this team out for the second time to our home today. We met then last winter when a tree came down in a wind storm, and they quickly and efficiently dealt with our mess, and now today, they've done it again. They just took out a HUGE tree in our back yard as we prepare for a home addition, and WOW were they once again fast and ridiculously meticulous in how it came down. Your crew was out about 2 weeks ago on Thursday, 3 arborists came, carefully took down our 70' pine, used ropes to lower the branches to protect our two decks and roses. What a job. Cleaned up very nicely in the backyard, driveway and street. - One day later your gentleman came and ground the stump and cleaned up both front and back. What a nice group of young men you have working for you and so very professional. Thanks - Gary and Lark - Tigard

Wonderful service! Pruning, tree removal and stump-grinding done as agreed. No hassle or need to be home while services rendered. I particularly appreciate having certified arborists working on my trees. Good value for money. Left everything in good order. Thank you!
