I called this place this morning to have a tree removed after last nights wind storm. The owner Jonathan came out right away . Within a. Purple hours his crew was out and cut down the tree. They were excellent!!! Quick, Efficient. And clean up was spotless!!! I would highly recommend this company
Jon & his crew were professional & did a great job. We would definitely use them again. Trees they removed were close to our home as well as several under electrical lines, job well done without incident!
Excellent job. When I told Jon I wanted my tree down to a managable height, Jon gave me a good explaination of what needed to be done. Jon also got me in within 2 days because of the importance of getting the prune done quickly. Awesome!
Jon Nash from Northwest Arbor Culture is very knowledgeable and curteous. He came out during a wind storm after 8pm gave us a great quote lower then most bids that we recieved. He also secured the 2 tree's in danger of falling to help withstand the wind till his team can finish taking them down in the morning. Great customer service, got here sooner then he said and gave us some great peace of mind. We have 8 more trees to come down and will be using them for that as well.
Jon came out to give me a quote on having some work done on my tree. He was very prompt and thorough regarding what needed to be done. I look forward to having Northwest Arbor to the work. Pat B
