The staff was lovely, the wait was reasonable , clean environment and most importantly the dr that saw me was wonderful! I had been to an urgent care elsewhere the day before and because I was dissatisfied I made an appointment at Northwell health for the next day and I am so glad I did! Within minutes the dr discovered I had an ear infection and prescribed the necessary antibiotic. I would highly recommend Northwell Health!
It was easy to check in and the staff and doctor and Were all friendly and knowledgeable
No waiting, great office space and atmosphere, professional staff.
