Zero stars. The website says it takes my insurance. They had me wait almost two hours just to tell me that they DON’T accept it. Furthermore, both of them were absurdly confrontational and frankly quite lacking in intelligence. The entire time I was waiting they refused service to others in a very nasty and shocking way… Lastly, in the two hours I was there they saw maybe 3-4 patients MAX. Not so urgent staff at this urgent care. Save yourself the headache.
Everyone was very professional , but also very friendly.
Went on Saturday thinking I had a UTI but no symptoms only some pain in the lower part of my abdomen. A male nurse came in and ask me questions. When I told him about my BM he then mocked me about how I said movement. So embarrassing. I don't find the people who work there are professional. So, in any case, Test came back positive. Antibiotics given. Started taking and immediately felt sick, and nauseous. I processed to take them until Monday morning.
