Waiting time was short, everyone was polite and attentive. Dr. Gordon is a blessing, he removed 2 large rock hard wax-balls from my ear before having my hearing test and explained everything to me in a way where I understood. He's also very funny.

This place should be closed down! I will write to northwell health as well - sat for two hours - they said short staffed which they say every time - I left and went to another place - close this place please!!!!

The people there are very professional. I like the doctor she was very patient and asked questions. she did not rush me out so she could see the next patient. the doctor made sure she treated me with the right medication. before letting me leave. thanks for caring.
