I like to try and find small self ran shops a much as I can but sometimes the structure and customer service of a corporate place is better. Definitely in this case. I have never gotten so frustrated with any other shop in my life. Save yourself the aggravation and go ANYWHERE else.
I have never had such terrible customer service. I was told that my car would be ready on Wednesday. Not only was it not available on Wednesday, when I went to pick it up on Thursday at the end of the day, they had forgotten to replace my windshield which was 1 of the 2 SMALL jobs that I needed to get done there. This is also after I had called multiple times during the day on Thursday to ensure that my car would be ready. Wonderful experience. They repaired my car after I hit a deer. Perfect paint match. Great quick service and turnaround. Best shop around.
I am very pleased with their work and for having great repairs done besides the lifetime warranty on all repairs! Isn’t that great.

I was in an accident with my 2008 Jaguar and had heard about New Look Collisions reputation from a friend. I took my car there for repairs. They were friendly and professional. I was amazed by all the Quality and Training Certifications on the wall. It is obvious this place trains its people well. My car was repaired within a few days and it looked just like new. I am very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend this business over any others I have dealt with in the past.
