I took my sports car to Northville Collision for repairs. It’s basically like a child to me so I was very nervous about taking it in, however this shop was recommend by a close friend of mine so that helped to put my mind at ease. The entire process was very smooth and fast. My car is back to looking like new. The customer service here is great…you really can’t ask for more!

recently was in a pretty major accident and took my vehicle to Northville collision for the repairs. Obviously being in an accident is a huge ordeal and thankfully they made the process very smooth for me! Now my car is a as good as new. I also appreciate to see the owner in the office when I came in! “Old fashion” customer service values and a fantastic job that will keep me coming back. Well hopefully I’m not getting into anymore accidents, but if I do I know where to go :)

The Charges were as estimated, The Reception area was Clean and Comfortable, Friendly and Knowledgeable Office contacts, and the Work was Perfect. What more could you want.
Wow! Sometimes ya just can't win. Jeff T. Jeff T's girlfriends car was towed into the shop. She wanted us to repair her vehicle. She was to busy to deal with "it", so her boyfriend would handle it. We never recieved an assignment or any information on the claim from him or her insurance company, we were never able to even write an estimate on the vehicle, (we never got keys to the car). I like to try and find small self ran shops a much as I can but sometimes the structure and customer service of a corporate place is better. Definitely in this case. I have never gotten so frustrated with any other shop in my life. Save yourself the aggravation and go ANYWHERE else.
I have never had such terrible customer service. I was told that my car would be ready on Wednesday. Not only was it not available on Wednesday, when I went to pick it up on Thursday at the end of the day, they had forgotten to replace my windshield which was 1 of the 2 SMALL jobs that I needed to get done there. This is also after I had called multiple times during the day on Thursday to ensure that my car would be ready.
