I work there n its straight, we all do our best, even the manager's n owner's work with us to make sure y'all customers r satisfied. If your not, its because of what you order. Customers mainly want their inside car done like door side, seat's, the middle console that cost extra or get a DI to all you compaining CUSTOMERS
Dont pay to have your inside done, even with all the people running around there looking like they're busy, no one did the type of job they should have. Car wash was great, guess it's because a machine did it...
I just left the shop 5/13/16. They did a horrible job. I wish I could attach picture. They used totally dry towels to wipe the inside leaving marks dust and debris. The console didn't even look like it was touched. The vacuum job was bad. There was dirt and crumbs and mud left on door jam and in the mats and the rug.
Save your money. I've tried the full service wash multiple times and always end up having to vacuum and wipe down the interior and exterior. Better off doing it yourself.
I went on a Saturday to get my car detailed. Wait was over an hour to even touch my car. Was told I could come Sunday. Got there before they opened. A man who I believe is the owner said he didn't know if they could even open because he had one employee. Finally did open and I pulled my car in. Said I wanted the detail special. He said he couldn't do it because he only had 5 employees. So as I sat and waited for his employee to open the bay so I could leave I heard him talking to the customer behind me about me!!! I recommend to anybody goes there to get their car washed it's a very good place to get your car washed at my husband right here and I'm satisfied with the work they do I love it
I took my can to get washed here. It cost $25 and my can was still dirty! They did not vacuum the seats. And only would clean what the size of a car is. They don't clean the whole van or suv if you have one. I had to take it home and clean it. What a waste.
