This HOA is a joke. They are quick to give you BS fines but don't even enforce their own noise ordinance as they allow people to blast music all through the night. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to the people that keep them open for business. If you are thinking of moving anywhere in this subdivision I would highly suggest against it.
They keep raising prices for HOA fee for no reason
