I've lived in the Northview community in some capacity (1BR-2 BR-1 BR) since 2010. I've always liked the convenience to shopping, 465, Carmel and Fishers. I especially LOVE the zip code! the following pictures were taken when I lived in Cholla Ct.
I have contemplated on moving here and I came to view an apartment and had the pleasure of meeting the PM Aisha, she was very helpful. Assisted me in filling out the application, I would have been lost without her. I can sleep tonight because I'm accepted thank you Aisha for all your help.

Okay; so I’ve lived here for over 9 years! The complex is in a safe and quiet community. I adore the green space and its upkeep surrounding the complex. Access to the pool is great in the spring and summer, as well as workout room all year around. The two bedroom apartments are spacious enough for my husband and I. The location is superb Walking distance to Nora , near the Monon trail and close distance to Fashion Mall , BroadRipple or Carmel. I highly would suggest this apartment 🩷
I have lived here for over 5 years and absolutley love Northview. The property is wonderful and the staff is even better. We have never had any issues. It is clean confortable and well kept with multiple week garbage pickups and routine greenskeepers. Everyone here has always been incredibly friendly
