They aren’t smoke free. My apartment fills up with cigs and pot smoke every night and it’s been going on for over a year now. The office knows multiple times yet it still goes on. All my stuff smells like pot. It is in the contract and it’s really obvious who is doing it. It’s breaking the contractual agreement and should be simple on how to deal with it.
