In 2004 I purchased a new Mazda6 from Northtowne, with great financing and great personnel and service. I drove it nearly trouble free for almost 14 years. Cody in the Service Dept. at Northtowne has always been great to work with and took good care of me. We were faced with a sudden and unexpected need to buy a vehicle, and the folks at Northtowne Mazda made the process quick and easy. We were amazed at the reasonable prices, the speed in which everything was completed and the incredible warranties that were in place. I highly recommend this place and I love my new car!
$400 for a kid who needs a second key for his car (Mazda) before he heads off to college. This is the exact reason why service departments at dealerships have such a bad name. While you held my son hostage, I will guarantee that Northtowne will never sell me, my wife, my family or any one of my friends who will listen to me a new car!
