Was looking at cars today at northtowne Lincoln and someone drove up in a Lincoln MKZ. I spoke to him and he said he worked for the dealership. It wasJames Defoe. We talked about the car and tha5 I was interested in a purchase in the near future. He asked if I would like to test drive the mic and he took me for a nice test drive on this Sunday when the dealership was closed. I appreciate this and will test drive another model soon. Thanks to James for taking time with me on a Sunday.

If you make an appointment for service you may want to call back again and make sure that they actually made your appointment. I showed up for an appointment that I made two weeks ago to be told that I'm not on the schedule. They did go ahead and do my oil change but told me that it would take several hours to "look at" anything else. I was never told that I would need to leave my vehicle that long to make arrangements.
