Northtowne and Their Staff are Amazing!!!!!! I had never considered Hyundai until I researched online and saw all of the wonderful recommendations by Edmunds, Car and driver, etc. Once I saw the car and then drove the Sonata, I was sold! Chris Sailor was my salesman and I felt as if he went above and beyond anything he was required to do to make this the best first car buying experience for me. He worked with his coworkers to make sure that I had anything (including a new warranty on a used car, brand new tires, etc.) I could ever need before I drove off the lot. Satisfied My only problem was how at first I was low ball on my trade-in for several reasons 1) I have bought seven cars from the Northtowne family and 2) 24000 miles on a 2008 that was in above averge shape only to get the lowest price in Edmonds was a slap in the face. At least our sales person acknowledged it and apologized and made it somewhat right.
