Good experience. LOVE my new car. Everyone was great. Financing worked especially hard to get me what I needed. My only complaint would be that I had to wait for nearly an hour for someone to find the spare set of keys the night I picked up my car.

A remarkable experience when going "car shopping" Your staff were top notch - very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. This is the first dealership I visited when going "car shopping," and was expecting to do "comparative" shopping over a couple of days. However, I was so pleased with the choices of vehicles and the pricing of such, that I made a purchase of a vehicle on the first visit.

Good car buying experience My sales pro was very helpful in finding us the Hyundai that best met our needs. I had some requests for information and help before the purchase that may have been unusual, but he worked with others on his team to answer all my questions and give me the information I was after. Great Experience! No pressure sales staff with great inventory. Tim Manning assisted me and I was able to find exactly what I wanted, and there was no pressure to purchase a car. I knew the cost of each car that I drove, no gimmicks and no catches. I drove several cars and returned later and drove some more. The actual purchasing went smoothly and I got a great price for my 2015 Sonata Hybrid.

Treated with Respect I felt like I was listened to and Northtown Hyandai went out of their way to find the vehicle I was wanting. All of the sales team that I worked with were very professional and helpful.

Great Experience! When I first visited the dealership, I interacted with Adam Quint who was great - knowledgeable, friendly, and got a quick sense of what I needed and wanted in a new car. My second time around, I worked with Jerry Hall who was wonderful. He, like Adam, knew the inventory, was very friendly, and I felt went above and beyond to help me out. Bob Smith Bob made getting a new car, look like an easy thing for me to do. With my old vehicle giving me a lot of problems, you could tell Bob genuinely cared and wanted me in something better. I wasn't just another sale to Bob. When everything was all said and done and finalized he even walked me step by step on everything with my vehicle to make sure I fully understood everything.
