Wow what an incredible experience! Even amidst a pandemic, Joe Schwartz at Northtown Toyota made things happen! I contacted him Thursday morning about a RAV4 I wanted and by Friday evening I was driving it home! Talk about great customer service! He was extremely friendly, helpful, fair and honest. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!!!
I normally like these guys. But I was charged $460 for a service at around 35,000 miles. There were no repairs to be done. They called me because I left a review that they didn't like. The way that they promised to make good during the call was to lecture me next time I come in for service.
