Bought an older Toyota to have a spare, backup car. Very disappointed in the service, all customer service ended the minute we left the lot. The salesman said to call if there are any problems, but when we did, said sorry not my problem. Took weeks and phone calls to get the registration. In fact we ended up going to the DMV and paying $3 for a reprint because we couldn't get an answer on where it was. Finally came over a week after we got a replacement.
