Good Morning Health Department. Yesterday, Saturday May 19 2018, around 6 p.m. I went to visit a Friend of mine who is interned in a facility located in 401 S. Airport Way, Manteca, CA 95337 (Northstar Programs) and the Nurse or whoever is did not allow me to enter there because her HOMOPHOBIC and sick imagination "smell" marijuana on me. This is completely disrespectful, disgusting, nasty as I NEVER go into any kind of drugs, I NEVER smoke, I NEVER drink alcohol, I NEVER harm anybody.
