Want to feel like you're being lied too and ripped off? Then I found the place for you. I forgot how bad dealers are as I owned a brand that doesn't have dealerships for 6 years. The FIRST visit to this dealer and I won't be back. I got lied too, dismissed what I said and they would have charged me more if they could. Avoid this place unless you like being lied too and mislead.
Ive had BAD and Disappointing customer service from both SALES and SERVICE !! Got tired of always being disappointed went to KIA was treated GREAT and got a wonderful deal!! Will never come back to Northstar .
Nothing but lies from the service department. Told me they could get my truck in because the schedule was light. Dropped it off on Thursday didn’t hear anything called on Monday he now said he hopes he can get it looked at this week. Told me if I had not bought an EV it would have been fixed already. Call again Wednesday…. No call back. Get a call Friday late afternoon saying truck was done. Northstar used to be an expensive, but reliable, place to get my Sonic serviced. Recently, things have gone downhill. I had engine issues with no dashboard lights - they tightened the motor mount and said everything was fine. A week later, the problem is worse, still no dashboard lights...but now there's cylinder failure and the fix is $900?! Not to mention, I waited 2 weeks for an appt at 8am on Monday but they didn't even look at it until I called on Monday night, and no diagnosis til Tuesday afternoon. I've had to call th... read more
