Lost a set of keys and needed new ones made. Had to talk to four different people till I got a straight answer. Then wait a week for the key to be shipped. Ben was told to bring the vehicle to their shop to have the key coded to the vehicle. Which meant I would have had to tow the vehicle to them. No alternative they told me. I went on YouTube and figured out how to do it myself. After spending $150 on a key I would have been charged $200 to have them program it. Just beware
My husband and I ended up at Northstar based on a Truck we found online. Little did we know the great experience we would have! When we showed up, the truck was actually on another lot, but Joe (the manager) had the vehicle driven down for us to look at in person the very next business day. They offered me a fair price for my trade in and didn't pressure me with aggressive sales tactics. Genuinely a nice car buying experience. I will probably go back to them the next time I need a car.
My Salesman was Nick Tomich. He was honest, knowledgeable and just a great salesperson, not pushy at all. I have recommended him to everyone I have spoken to. My daughter is in the market for a new car, she plans to see Nick!!! The best car buying experience I have ever had!
