I purchased a vehicle from Kyle and he was show me all the features that come with the car. But the vehicle that I was getting wasn't there on site and would have to be delivered later. However the vehicle I got did not have all the features that he was showing me and when asked about the cover for the back hatch he told me I can just buy one myself on Amazon. North Star Chevy is completely incompetent and they are scamming a senior citizen, who is also a Veteran. Avoid North Star at all costs. My 77 year old father in law took his Chevy to North Star for a computer update. The update is covered by his warranty. First, North Star told him he didn't have a warranty.
