My friend and I came here and asked an employee how ordering and stuff worked since we had never been there before. We were so surprised and amazed because they completely paid for our meal just because it was our first time there! So awesome, food was incredible, and will definitely be back. Thanks again guys!
Love coming here. The food is really high quality and always well prepared. The coffee, hot chocolate, and mint iced coffee and excellent drink choices.
Today I came in and met April, the sweetest! She was chatting me up, so friendly and then later on brought me tea because I had mentioned I was sick despite the beautiful weather. You guys are always great but she was spectacular! Amazing customer service. Thank you April!
Although I spent more than I typically would on a burrito; the Thai burrito was excellent. It was delicious. But beyond that the staff was wonderful. They are warm and helpful. So very polite. It was busy but everyone was attentive. It was a wonderful experience and my first visit to a Northstar. I'll be back.
The food was very tasty and the portions were large
I've been in Columbus for only a few days but, I have already ate here twice. The Northstar burger is the best veggie burger I have ever tried. I'm here for another week and I'm pretty sure I will be back!
