loved walking 20 minutes to pick up a $16 salad just to walk back home and realize there’s no salad dressing. not the first time it’s happened either. whatever.

We were road tripping from Detroit, passing through Ohio, and this place was recommended. The problem is the service. No hostess, a seating free for all, no help was even suggested when we asked how seating worked. Was chastised for not grabbing the glass that wasn’t really given to me for my self-serve tea, when I asked for said glass. My fried egg sandwich was runny. I’ve been a big fan of Northstar ever since I moved to Columbus but what really set them apart from other restaurants in Columbus is their customer service and attention to fix a problem efficiently! I had ordered a salad recently and the order was wrong and they personally delivered me a new salad to my home without me having to do anything!!! That is going beyond what most places would do to keep customers coming back and I will always be a frequent customer because of it! Go northstar!!!
