I use Northside with no issues until my cat was in trouble and needed help. I called the emergency number for which they did not call back until the next day. They said to bring her in and I said it would be around noon because I need to get my store covered. They said that will be fine. I brought her in and they refused to see her saying I should have brought her that morning. I asked for the name of who was turning this dying cat away and they refused to give it. You were informed to bring the cat in the morning by our assistant that you spoke to on the phone. It takes awhile to do a full work up on a cat. We also never refused to see the cat but we had other emergencies that had come in by this time also. We never received a call from a rescue concerning your cat. We also went out of our way to try to help you in a situation when you informed us you had no money to pay for the procedures immediately and were still willing to see the cat to try and help you.
RecommendedLoki went in for vaccinations in and out 20 minutes. Staff is great with him

The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. With how they treated the customer, I’ll be sure to never take my animals there.
DO NOT bring your animals here. My cat started out with a UTI that would not get better and this lead the vet to believe that he had diabetes. He was at the vet for a total of 3 days so they could test his blood sugar with various doses of insulin and see how many units he needed to take. I paid $200 for this service on the second day he was there and was told this was all I would have to pay. When I went back to pick him up the 3rd day, the receptionist said I had a charge of $30. I brought in my mini poodle, Skully, in for a dental cleaning and annual vaccinations. It was our first visit and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was wonderful and they took such amazing care of my fur baby. And the prices are affordable!
Heartworm test negative! New veterinarian, so they are excited about new smells. I'm excited to pay for affordable services and medicine. Veterinarian and assistants were very helpful in details and prevention for heartworm.
