Called on a Sunday, my dog was very sick. They couldn’t take 5 minutes out of their day to see him. So I found another veterinary Dr. who seen him 10 minutes after I talked to him. He had a terrible infection, that could have turned in to life threatening. So after using them for years, I’ll never go back.

Just a normal vet clinic to me. Prices are average, which in my opinion is ridiculous but I guess they have to make money somehow.
We’ve used Northside for years. They always give our dogs the best care and treat them as they are their own.
I had a Skipperke named Licorice. He was one of the few that was not a biter. He got out of his kennel on a hot summer day and couldn't get back in to get a drink. We found him dehydrated with a body temperature of about 106. Took him to Dr. Lisa. She was amazed it didn't kill him. She wound up taking him home with her to monitor and keep him hydrated for a couple nights. She saved my Licorice's life. All the workers at Northside are so loving to the pets that are there.
