We had a very concerning experience with the scheduling team the day before my mother’s scheduled vein procedure. Her surgery had been booked since January 22, and she is currently on FMLA leave due to significant leg swelling. At approximately 4:00 PM the day before surgery, we received a call stating the schedule was “overbooked,” and we were unable to get clear confirmation as to whether she should present for surgery. The front office staff was phenomenal during my experience. From the first call, through the completion of my visit. Jackie went over and beyond helping me schedule and made it seamless. All of the staff was polite and thorough. The office was very clean and efficient. Dr. Mangalat was patient, kind, and receptive to all questions. Highly recommend this office
Dr. Annambhotla is amazing. He has twice saved my mom’s life after suffering two pulmonary embolisms. He is a brilliant surgeon and we are eternally grateful to Dr. Annambhotla for his compassion and skills!!!
Dr.Badia and staff were outstanding in everyway, with my surgery, prep.,and post followup Great bedside manner yet professional taking time explaining things and easily understood. Better than 5 stars!
