Several months ago, I wouldnt have believed any of that, but after what Ive seen and heard, nothing that goes on surprises me anymore. I am actually waiting to hear about someone being found dead over there. I know thats a horrible thing to say, but with the way things are going, it is inevitable.

Thank goodness, I thought I was the only one. This is ridiculous. I noticed alot of bad things going on when I lived there, and when I tried to complain about it, I was pretty much called a liar to my face. The manager didnt even bother to ask any questions, just acted like I never said a word. Youd think that the management there would at least be considerate and show some kind of professionalism, but Northside SERIOUSLY lacks in those departments. Needless to say I left and will not bother looking back.
Northside Terrace is a quality place to live, with beautiful, newly renovated units, garbage disposal, and energy efficent applicances. Great, attentive management and maintenance keep the grounds well maintained. On -site dumpsters provided for easy trash removal and recycling. The neighborhood is very safe and has a crime watch program, along with active tenant meetings.Community events take place, e.g. an annual block party and holiday celebration activities.
