Absolutely terrible experience there! Their scheduling department is a joke. After having my schedule appointment changed multiple times, I showed up on the correct and confirmed today to find out that my appointment was changed. Not to mention the fact that I took off time from work and drove an hour to get there! My cardiologist is in shock over how I was treated there. In the past, we have had so many issues with billing and now scheduling. We will never use Northside again!

I had appt at 12:00, they said to come early. 11:30 I was there. Filled out paperwork and paid for my cr scan. Then I waited and waited. 12:45 asked why I haven't been called back yet. People coming in were called back before me. They came out, and when I questioned why I had to wait for so long I was told that no one told them that I was ready to get my scan. If I were you I would go somewhere else to get my scan, to many other locations in Lawrenceville that have better service. First time being there and hopefully last.
There is a beautiful and comfortable waiting area. It is very accessible from the parking deck. Friendly front desk administration, bright and cheerful.
Very clean, brand new. Parking is a little confusing. You need to park on the ground floor, and the entrance is to the left of the parking garage.
