When we arrived there were a few people ahead of us however why sitting there I saw the Dr come out talking to the receptionist. We waited a hour to be seen for a broken arm no one offered my daughter ice . after finally being called back why we were waiting on the nurse to do my daughters info the dr walked by noticed my daughter and hurt arm. I do not even want to leave a 1 star. If not for Lori the doctor we spoke to it would be even worse. No urgency or compassion by anyone but Lori. There is not enough time or space to explain the horrendous hour and a half we spent there trying to get my son looked at. They speak about patients in clear view and listening of waiting room as well as rolling there eyes. Our daughter was there to witness it. There will be more detailed report of this everywhere I can find.
