I drove a far distance & came prepared to hear all about, see & test drive this car to seriously consider buying same day but wasn't even greeted by the salesman/owner nor got a hand shake, name or eye contact. I wasn't given any details or history on the car and had to ask for a car fax which was handed to me half blank! I am very sorry you feel this way. We are extremely courteous and professional. We are a Carfax advantage dealer and have all of our Carfax reports posted for everybody. Once you brought to our attention that the Carfax didn't print out all the pages correctly we immediately re-printed the report and gave it to you.
