I see why they only gets 2.9 stars now. Of all The things that bare Northside’s name, this is the worse experience I’ve had. Usually the doctors are great. I visited today for my second round of lower back injections, and had to cancel due to the Dr. Eidelman refusing to treat me due to my driver being in route. Her suggestion was I wait the hour for my driver to arrive to begin my prep etc etc and perform the procedure effectively keeping me there all day instead of doing the prep while my driver was in route. Unprofessional? And the absolutey won’t answer the phone
This place was terrible. The medical staff was dismissive, and had their own agenda. All they wanted to do is prescribe medicine that doesn't work, and gaslight us "you're too young to be in pain!" Lol
Doctor Moss is awesome but he wasn't available today and so the fill-in who was supposed to now prescribe my medication decided he doesn't want to fill it. I told them during my visit that my primary keeps giving me 30-day supplies which I cannot afford while the 90-day supply is much cheaper and he has the audacity to leave a message "let's let your primary keep prescribing that"
