My father went there for wound care from May to July 2026 weekly. The entire staff from reception, to billing, to the therapists were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and caring. Leigh Ann, his primary therapist, was outstanding! A huge thank you to Northside Hospital Outpatient Rehab for their care of my father!
The therapist at Northside rehabilitation services were OUTSTANDING. They explained what each exercise was intended to strengthen and encouraged me constantly.
I had a wonderful experience at every visit.The staff was very kind, patient and attentive. They made me feel like family.. I'm going to miss them all. The day of my last visit, and after all the goodbyes. On my trip back home, I felt myself holding back the tears.. I will always remember their kind words, as conversations. Tripp and Cathy were great, but honestly, everyone has been friendly and helpful. I feel like a new person.
Unfortunately Im a frequent flyer here. Each time I come everyone is so professional and accommodating. I feel like Im visiting with family rather than having physical therapy. They challenge you but in a good way to reach your goals. I recommend this group of therapist to everyone. All the staff members are excellent!!
