I arrived 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time, as instructed, and still waited an hour and a half for a CT scan that took less than two minutes to complete. The delay was extremely frustrating, especially considering there didn’t appear to be any actual backup in imaging. The waiting room was filled with visibly frustrated patients, and even the tech who performed my scan seemed confused as to why I had been waiting so long. That alone says a lot. You know that scene in Zootopia with the DMV and sloths? They probably move at light speed compared to the people in Suite 300. I’m here to pick up a kit to take home and I’ve been waiting 40 minutes for them to hand me a kit. I drove an hour and came yesterday but the lady that hands kits leaves at 3:30 everyday. It’s an absolute disaster here and an embarrassment to Northside.
This is for their sleezy parking.. made a mistake asked if I could turn around in the parking lot since I had got stuck in the line of cars. Had to pay 8 dollars just to go out an exit....crooks!!!!
Scheduled an appointment for my blood work since that was supposed to be quicker than a walk in. I've been waiting for 40 minutes now, and 2 people who walked in after me have already been seen. What the hell??
This place is always running behind. Expect over an hour wait for blood draws. The staff is friendly but have zero sense of urgency or respect for your time. The DMV is more efficient. This will be my last visit. I will insist my doctors send me elsewhere from now on. I
