I’ve been coming here since May and overall it’s been OK. The communication between providers and patients needs improvement. I came today for my appointment that I set for 11:00 but was turned around because I didn’t come 15 min early and I have NEVER come 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. My appointment time literally says 11:00 am but the receptionist argued me down that I needed to come at the time thats stated in their text reminders (15 minutes earlier). As soon as I entered the hospital, I was greeted by the rude and unprofessional front desk staff, which made me never want to come back. The ultrasound technician, Elia, didn’t provide any explanations either. There are plenty of better hospitals out there. Don’t ever come here. It’s harmful to your mental health, especially during pregnancy.

Dr Allen is an incredibly kind and compassionate physician. He has been wonderful at informing me of everything going on with my baby following each ultrasound. My ultrasound tech was also absolutely lovely today and took the time to discuss with me what she was looking at and measuring. You can tell she has a great deal of experience and love for her job. I have been so impressed with this practice and would recommend them to anyone! Very thankful for this group.
