I travel from Nambucca Heads to visit my Dr here at Northside Health. I have seen a couple of different Dr’s when my own Dr hasn’t been available & they have all been lovely but my own GP Dr Olga Voloshyna is the best. The girls on the front desk are always friendly & efficient & easy to deal with. Nothing is a problem for them. As a long standing patient at Northside Health I have always had a positive and pleasant experience from the reception desk to the doctors chair. Dr Benson is incredibly thorough and understanding and I highly recommend her as a doctor. The phone consult process is easy, with a simple text to process the new Medicare system. Dr.Olga Voloshyna is the best at the Northside Health.The 5 star rating is for her...However, one lady (not mentioning the name )at the reception needs more training regarding public relations and interpersonal skills and dealing with people from other countries and cultures with foreign names. Smiling and welcoming patients does not cost anything.
