Northside has played a huge part in our family since we moved here in Coffs Harbour, never failed us since day 1. Dr Allan Balais such a very calmly, friendly & professional as my GP, the receptionist is at their premium service. So much happy & impressive care so far.
The girls at reception are always helpful and polite. Parking is easy to find and I would give it 5 stars but the app they use to do online booking rarely works!
Receptionists are not very nice.
