The parking is horrible take an Lyft or uber if you can lol . It’s definitely not for people who can’t walk long distances!!! You welcome I forgot the receptionist was nice but I got the feeling she wanted me to leave after my appointment by suggesting I can wait in the lobby downstairs after I wanted to rest before walking ♂️ that long distance to my car !! Dr. West has been my primary care physician for around 20 years now. He is a straight-forward doctor who has always been very friendly and extremely scientific about my care. His lipids expertise is top notch and I feel like my health is a direct result of this office's expertise.
Had an appt. Aug 23 at 11:15am with a Dr. Indigo and was told by the front desk that I missed it because it was at 10:45am. Even though I showed her my confirmed appt.on my phone. It didn't matter.She apologized and proceeded to make another appt. But I declined because who's to say if this appt. wouldn't change without my knowing either. No one even called to confirm my appt.prior to the date it was confirmed. It's a good thing I was able to show my confirmation date on my phone even though I was fighting a losing battle.
Called and the appointment desk was very rude. Needed a visit for Medicine refill and was always able to get in the AM because I had to fast. Was told 7/9 @ 2 PM Would rather travel further than go there ever
