My visit today was good from start to finish. The entire staff was so very friendly and accommodating. To the nurse who got me started with vitals etc....kudos!!!! I can't remember your name but your sweet gentle spirit was calming. Dr. Haider and the anesthesiologist were so kind and that made me feel at ease about going under. I read all kinds of reviews prior my visit and just did not experience or see the issues that others spoke of. Thank you Northside GI for my experience today having to do this unwanted procedure..
Careful, lots of shady practices and they do not care about you. Someone needs to look into their business practices
I was due to have open heart surgery in a week and they decided since I haven't seen my gastroenterologist in a while that they would just not prescribe me my acid reflux medicine. There's no time for me to get into the office. It's like the fifth issue I've had with the office. I love my doctor he's amazing but the office staff are elitists and don't listen to the patients at all. I will never go back here. I'm sorry because I love my doctor.
