Two and one have hours with no one ahead of me. A chest Xray was taken. They came in my patient room handed me some print outs and said you’re free to go. I asked if there was a prescription she responded I don’t know if there was it will be at your pharmacy and said have a nice day and walked out. Also I have no idea what the Xray results were.

I’ve never had a bad experience like so many of the other seem to express. They have an x-ray machine which most urgent care facilities I know of don’t. parking is easy. The place is clean. It’s way less crowded than the ER and a lot cheaper on my insurance and me for a co-pay. They prescribe whatever is needed right on the spot. We found the staff to be pleasant. They’re very intent on doing their job correctly. If we need Urgent Care that’s our first thought. I’m sad that so many have had a bad experience there.

Signed in on line prior to coming to clinic, arrived 30 minutes early, no coomunication as to wait time, was told by front desk that it “wasn’t an appointment, just a placeholder”. It us now one hour past the appointment time, I have been up to the front desk twice trying to determine when my 87 year old mother will be seen, only to be told there are two people ahead, then 4 people get called back. The front desk lady working on 12/20 was SO rude!! I should have looked at the reviews before making an appointment! Terrible customer service and they have a terrible scheduling system. I walked in at 11:45 and she told me it would be an hour so I went ahead and booked the 12:50 appointment online and killed time in the car with my sick and miserable 5 year old. We received a reminder text to arrive at least 10 min early so we walked in at 12:35 and she told me it would be at least another hour and that my 12:50 appointment... read more

The worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. Explain to me how there are three people in the waiting room and I have waited three hours to see someone. Plus people who weren’t even on the screen, walked in less that 5 minutes ago get in before the rest of the people here who look much more at need. The nurses talk and and laugh with each other but take forever for everything.
