I want to be fair and say that the medical assistant was kind, professional, and pleasant, and I appreciated her. Unfortunately, my experience with the PA was the complete opposite. As a PA student myself, I’m familiar with standard clinical workflow, patient assessment, and basic diagnostic reasoning, and this encounter was disappointing. There is never a dr present. It's always NPs. Its the weekend. Fine. The one's listening to your issue (besides the intake nurses, theyve always been super nice), you are no different than the next person. I have never had pollen allergies. Ever. Ive been sick with bronchitis. I always get bronchitis. I know my body, my patterns. But to the practitioners, I'm no different than the next person coming in. 1 star since its the lowest I can give. Do not go here unless you want to be given the run around for MONTHS on billing and be told conflicting information and wrong billing info by reception and made to pay upfront the wrong amount by reception. Be given the run around and conflicting information by the rude billing rep at this location AND their rude general billing questions line.
Husband got hurt his back @ work, and this urgent care takes KP insurance. The doctor was very sweet and nice, but holy cow were the nurses rude and mean. The way they spoke to us and treated us... Next time we'll just go to the emergency room!
Wait time are insane, nothing urgent about this location. No communication on how long the wait time is.
