I wish I could give zero to the hateful & rude women at the front desk, & I would give 5 stars to John, our treating physician.
Went on Sunday 9/27/26 in the afternoon. Tall guy with black hair acted compassionate and offered a wheel chair but never got one. Nurse was absolutely uninterested in my broken leg and said It wasn't, no referral, no ideas, no explanation of the medication the pharmacy informed me I prescribed. Laura K. They also put some profane thing on the paperwork which was otherwise useless. Waste of money for no treatment. This place is a last resort
Came here thinking I had pneumonia. The treatment process itself is fine. I'm uninsured, so when I asked reception what the out of pocket fee was, they told me it was $200 (NGPG only charged me $175) which I paid the day of after I was seen. A month later, I received a bill from them saying I owed an additional $250 that I was never made aware of when I was there. $100 new patient fee and $150 "exam/testing" fee (no tests were done other than physical examination, which should be included in the $200 fee in my opinion).
