I brought my husband here due to an allergic reaction to several bee stings. I didn’t want to drive 20 mins to the hospital ER as time was crucial. They took him back immediately and he was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The staff was very personable and the NP was great - very thorough and attentive! I am so grateful our community has this Urgent Care here, especially in situations like ours. I’ve also brought our daughter here for a sick visit and had a positive experience as well.
DON’T GO HERE!! So I don’t give to many details… a patient came in and was very sick and they said it was nothing, the patient went to a different urgent care and ended up with mono WTH! If you need real medical attention do not trust these doctors
Wait times are awful even when you ‘reserve your spot’ ahead of time. Nothing ‘urgent’ about this urgent care.
Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give 0 stars I would because that’s what they gave me…ZERO
PA Sarmiento for urgent care is an absolute joke. I am not sure she has any medical knowledge at all and she certainly lacks professionalism and courtesy. I was completely dismissed by the nurse and the PA. There were no other patients in the waiting room or in the back rooms and once I was put in the back room I waited over an hour for the PA.
