After this office messed up twice on appointments I cancelled all remaining appointments. I had the appointment on my calendar that came from emails sent by the office. Their email. I went and was told that my appointment had been changed. No, I got nothing about a change. No email, no text and in fact got repeated requests for me to update my information. Over and over. Was referred to this group by mistake because they do not see males. Took me driving into the office in person after leaving half a dozen voicemails to find this out. Wasted 6 weeks and about a dozen calls for nothing. Call center for this group is hot garbage.
Most amazing staff work here... Dr. Harroche, Dr. Chauncey, Ms. Joanna (Nurse) and all the front staff explained everything in detail, were super patient and understanding. I absolutely love my Northside team but this place... I'd recommend it to everyone.. (well my ladies) They are kind, comprehensive, and overall phenomenal individuals.. thank you so much for all your help and guidance 🙏🏼. I am very grateful. ❤️❤️👍🏼
