Great! No complaints at all. Everyone from the nurse staff to the surgeon were excellent. Dr. Karim, the cardiac surgeon informed us very well of the procedure that was taking place and he listened to all of our questions and concerns and made us feel at ease. The nurses were very polite and heart warming. Overall the hospital was clean and well maintained.
Our 84-yo Mother had an Aorta Dissection with an Aneurysm, many do not survive. God led us to Dr. Karim, we are so thankful for him and his surgical ability. She did wonderful during the surgery and throughout her recovery, it was a miracle! She said, “a lot of doctors are good, but Dr. Karim IS the BEST”!!! Also, Logan Crumley, PA, thank you for being the amazing person you are! What a great team, please never stop providing the wonderful care that you do!! We are so thankful!!!
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Azad S. Karim and Logan Crumley one of his PA and the entire staff. Thru surgery and , thru discharge, thru Post-op follow-up. Clearly explained every step, answered all our questions and all the nurses at the hospital was so nice and kind. Would highly recommend anyone I know to Northside Cardiac surgery and Hospital.
Cant say enough good things about Dr Winston and his entire staff. Pre-surgery, thru surgery, thru discharge, thru Post-op follow-up. Clearly explained every step, answered all our questions. We even had an after hours call and the On-Call staff returned our call promptly and answered our questions. Would recommend anyone I know to NCS.
Great answering questions for family. After surgery consultation was not rushed. Dr Karim was great. My daughter is on the mend.
